About the Principal
Megan Tobin is a management consultant and executive coach with over 15 years experience developing and implementing key strategic business initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, as well as for small businesses and private clients. As founder of Time2Market Inc, Megan works with coaching and consulting clients to build value, inspire peak performance, and create a legacy through their business and professional endeavors. She brings strong finance, technology and marketing expertise, as well as international work and life experience to help clients identify, plan and implement initiatives for business and career growth.
A former Director of International Business Development in telecommunications, with investment banking and valuation experience, Megan has worked for large organizations including Lee Hecht Harrison, AT&T, MCI (now Verizon), INGBarings, AirTouch Communications (now part of Vodafone and Verizon Wireless), Pacific Telesis (now AT&T) and Ernst & Young. She has also worked with smaller business startups, private investors, not-for-profit and educational entities.
Megan has a degree in business administration from the University of California Berkeley's Haas School of Business. She has formal coach training and currently chairs the Coaching Special Interest Group for the American Society for Training and Development's New York Metro chapter. Megan has worked in North America, Europe and Latin America, and is based in New York City.
