I absolutely loved reading your 7 Secrets for a Smarter Job Search! With the economy being in the state that it's in, the fact that executive recruiters spend about 10 seconds on your resume doesn't surprise me at all. And neither does the idea of "finely tuned BS sensors". Lol. There are a lot candidates but only a few openings.
